Privacy & GDPR
Short version: Explore Tatra is a static website with no accounts, no forms and no tracking. We do not collect personal data from you, and we do not set cookies or run analytics. If you just read a page here, we do not learn who you are.
What is collected
Only standard web server logs, kept by our host so the server can run and stay secure. These record things like your IP address, the time of the request and the page you asked for. We do not use them to profile anyone and do not combine them with anything else. Hosting is by Spaceship, under their privacy terms.
Affiliate links
When you click through to a booking partner such as Viator, you leave this site and their privacy policy applies. They typically set a cookie so a booking can be credited to us as commission. We see aggregate click and booking numbers — never your name, contact details or payment information.
Your rights
In the UK and EEA you can request access to, correction of, or erasure of personal data held about you, object to its processing, and complain to your national data protection authority. Because we hold nothing beyond emails you choose to send us, there is usually nothing to retrieve or delete — but ask us at exploretatra@gmail.com and we will confirm. Server log requests go to the host, who holds them.
Changes
If this site ever adds analytics, a contact form or anything else that collects data, this page will say so before that goes live.
