What this site is
Explore Tatra is an independent travel guide published at exploretatra.com. It is not the official tourism website of Podhale, Lesser Poland, Poland, and it is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with any attraction, operator, hotel or venue described on it.
Accuracy, and its limits
We try to be accurate and specific, and we mark practical details with a confidence tag so you can see what has been checked against a source and what has not. Even so: prices, opening hours, transport times, seasons and trail conditions change constantly, and some of what you read here will be out of date.
Everything on this site is a starting point from an independent editor, never an official or guaranteed figure. Always confirm the final price and the opening hours with the official venue or operator before you book or travel. Do not rely on this site for decisions where being wrong would cost you money, time or safety.
Mountain travel in particular carries real risk. Weather, avalanche conditions and trail closures are matters for the relevant national park authority, mountain rescue service and official forecasts — not for a travel guide. Check them.
Bookings are with the operator, not with us
We do not sell tours, tickets or accommodation. When you book, your contract is with the booking platform and the operator running the activity. Cancellations, refunds, changes, complaints and liability for the experience itself are all matters between you and them, under their terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on information published here, from any third-party site linked from here, or from any experience you book through a partner link. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
